The inspiration and purpose of my music is to provide a peaceful relaxing environment. Creatively using calming soothing music with instruments such as peaceful piano, acoustic guitar, flute, violin, cello, ambient strings, and the beautiful soothing sounds of nature.

I create all my music to produce a “Relaxing Effect” on the mind and body. Soothing musical compositions designed to help with stress relief, ease anxiety, control panic attacks, deep sleep, background music, yoga, study music, meditation, and music to promote relaxation, focus and overall health and wellness. Music truly has the power to heal, by freeing the subconscious mind to enter an elevated emotional state. Shutting off the adrenal response hormones so the mind can enter a state of healing.

I also like to provide some music and video animations, free of charge, so you can explore your own creative spirit. There is a great therapeutic effect in listening to relaxation music, there is also a peaceful, calming satisfaction in creating.
